Coachable Mind is a 12-week instructor-led virtual program with dedicated tracks for individual contributors and managers/leaders. There is a series of interactive sessions as well as ongoing nudges and activities to make the training stick.

Almost immediately. The first session with participants is very eye-opening for employees. You’ll see immediate results and behavior changes which your team will reinforce over time.

Most leadership development and feedback training is focused on the managers. Our training is really focused on the individual contributors. If you don’t have employees who are coachable, none of the other training, 1:1s, and feedback will work. We start by introducing coachability and self-awarness to all employees to kickstart your culture shift.
